Police Report: Kelton Hill’s new nickname should be Cam Newton because he’s been arrested by Georgia State University police in connection with a June 17 robbery where him and another fellow allegedly broke into another students room on campus and stole a $1300 laptop. Sound familiar? I wonder if this guy will go on to win a National Championship and Heisman at his next school too… probably not.

Ex-Soccer Coach Arrested For Dealing Coke

Charles Curto was coach of the men’s soccer team at Siena for 24 years (1984-1997) before he resigned after leading his team to nine straight losing seasons. But it gets worst… apparently Curto’s retirement plan involved selling coke. And the funny thing is Curto not only did Curto get caught selling to an undercover cop, he might have been slanging out of a pizza joint he co-owns called Sicilian Spaghetti House. [via]

Bobby Petrino’s Arrested For Riding Dirty

According to the Associated Press, 23-year-old Dominic Petrino (Arkansas head football coach Bobby Petrino’s son) was arrested shortly after midnight yesterday and booked on multiple drug and alcohol charges, including: driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana, illegal possession of prescription drugs and possession of paraphernalia following a traffic stop in Huntingburg, Indiana. Sounds like someone’s going to be getting a spanking from daddy. [via]

Police Report: Coastal Carolina rising junior guard Danny Nieman was arrested for having an open container of alcohol in a car and booked at 6:43 am back on Saturday, July 2nd. This is Nieman’s second run in with the law in the last three years… he was also arrested in August of 2009 on a misdemeanor drug charge.

Football Player Turns Out To Be Drug Kingin

Charges: Possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to keep narcotics in the original container

Police Report: This is the second time in 10 days that Swider has been arrested. He was just arrested on the 5th of this month after police pulled him over and found 700 Oxycodone pills hidden in his dashboard.

Being a bust runs in the Oden family. Greg is turning out to be the biggest draft mistake since Sam Bowie and now his younger Anthony is following in his disappointing footsteps. You see Anthony was an offensive tackle on the Arkansas football team, but after two DUI arrest in a year he’s managed himself kicked off the team.
