Day 2 Rick Pitino Trial Recap

Good news. Today is the day that Rick Pitino will be taking the stand at the Karen Sypher Trial and if today was anything like yesterday then come tomorrow morning you will be in for a treat because this trial is turning out to have more drama a Few Good Men.

So yesterday jurors saw a Karen Sypher video that was 80 minutes long and boring, but we did learn that Tim Sypher (Pitino’s assistant) asked Karen to marry him while they were visiting her grandmother’s grave and that she also had an abortion with him.

Then some dude named Lester took the stand…talking about how he had been smashing Karen for years even though he was married, gave her around $10,000 and how she sucked him up right before he made 2 or 3 calls to Pitino from a pay phone trying to extort him. After that some other people took the stand, but they didn’t say anything good.
