Details Of The LSU Foot-Bar-Brawl

UPDATE: The players were supposed to meet with police on Monday, but have since hired an attorney who has pushed the interviews back to Tuesday… which is really all LSU can hope to do now, try and stall the investigation and hope charges aren’t filed until after their September 3rd game versus Oregon.
We’ve got some new details to report in the LSU Foot-bar-brawl that happened early Friday morning. Police are looking to interview four players: quarterback Jordan Jefferson, offensive lineman Chris Davenport, defensive lineman Josh Johns and receiver Jarvis Landry for their involvement in a fight that sent four people to hospital: three for minor injuries and a fourth for more serious injuries that could bring a felony charge of second-degree battery.
The reason for the fight… police say that a man pulled his truck up outside Shady’s Bar, where he was trying to clear people away from the driveway and that’s when the football players reportedly pulled the man out of his truck and started whooping his ass him. And the worst news of all is that, “multiple witnesses claim” that Jefferson soccer kicked a Marine who was trying to break up the fight in the head… which means he could be the one facing the felony charge.
Now Les Miles has already addressed the media about the situation, apologizing for his players actions and telling us that the players out that night snuck out and broke a 10:30 pm team curfew.
