Football Dismissals And Suspensions

Okay now I don’t know if Jarmon Fortson here smokes weed every day, but after news broke that Florida State head coach Jimbo Fisher had kicked starting WR off the team for the “violating team policy” bullshit that coaches always feed the press…ESPN dug a little deeper and found out that the dismissal was the result of multiple failed drug tests.

Damn, they couldn’t just have sent him to rehab or something? O,well…this is why I’m glad I don’t play sports because there is no way I’m passing on the grass.

Here is yet another reason why Lame Kiffin is well lame. So he suspended USC fullback Stanley Havili on Friday for breaking one of his teammates faces in a fight during practice. Then on Saturday he reinstated him after a couple of the players begged him to. Yeah 24 hours is plenty long enough for someone to learn their lesson. I wish Kiffin would have been my dad, then I wouldn’t have spent so many weeks stuck in the house being ground.

And now on to the next one. Wake Forest head coach Jim Grobe suspended not one but two players, WR Chris Givens and DE Kevin Smith, for the first two games of the season for reasons unknown. But unless the two got arrested then two games is a bit harsh to me…guys that crash their cars drunk only get a one game suspension.
