Villanova Basketball vs Sig Ep Fight

Nothing like a frat party fight to bring in the college basketball season. On Saturday night Villanova freshman forward JayVaughn Pinkston was “involved in an altercation that led to an assault”…well that is according to the Associated Press, but they suck.

What really happened was Pinkston got too drunk and got into a fight with some bro at a Sig Ep party. We aren’t here to point the finger and play judge and say whether Pinkston was wrong or right for what he done, we’re just here to tell you the stories we’ve heard…so below is three accounts of what happened from people that go to the school.

Witness #1: I’ve heard from several witnesses saying that this was absolutely not instigated by the party host, but rather the victim was trying to calm down Pinkston who was being disruptive at the party

Witness #2: when you hang out with a weak frat like sig ep or sig chi or lxa they don’t let people leave untill they say its okay to leave. pinkston simply wanted to leave the party and some tool got in his face so naturally pinkston punched him

Witness #3: JVP was apparently being a prick the whole night, along with the other players on the team who were demanding their money back because they said the party sucked. JVP was also getting down in the laundry room, but that wasn’t the big deal. His attitude got him at odds with everyone at the party; one kid stepped up and said something, so JVP broke his nose and then knocked out the kid who was trying to separate them. Not a fan of frats, but sounds like JVP was out of line.

Witness #4: JVP got some practical joke played on him at the party and then got all butt hurt about it and went ape shit. It wasn’t even that serious, but JVP beat the kids ass pretty badly.

Now no charges have been filed yet, but the police and the school are both looking into the incident…and from what we here the kids who got punched parents want to press charges so it should only be a matter of time before an official police report comes out, but them shits be slanted towards the prosecuting parties POV.

In any case something did happen that night and JayVaughn did punch somebody so it’s hard to imagine him escaping without any punishment. But it shouldn’t be too sever though, after all the guy for UNLV only got a five game suspension and he beat on his girlfriend.
