Player Arrested For Driving While Black

Godfrey was pulled over on campus by University of Central Florida police. Police noticed Godfrey had illegal window tinting and asked for a drivers license and registration, which Godfrey did not have with him. Godfrey’s license (which expired May 25, 2011) was suspended for failing to pay two traffic fines in 2009 and one in June 2011. Godfrey was given verbal warnings on the window tint and failure to provide his registration.
