Proposed Change To The NBA Draft Blows

Someone needs to fire this new NCAA president Mark Emmert ASAP. He hasn’t even taken office yet and he’s already talking about trying to change the NBA Draft to make it more like baseball’s…where kids can turn pro right out of high school, but if they go to college they have to stay for three years or until they’re 21. WTF kind of rule is that?!
If anything he should be trying to change baseball’s draft to be more like the NBA’s. It’s not like any of those guys who turn “pro” out of high school in baseball go straight to the majors anyways.
But in all honestly an athlete should be able make money professionally whenever they want…just like you can in every other profession in the world and in sports like skateboarding, tennis, golf, soccer, and all the other sports besides football, basketball, and baseball.
If you’re good enough, you’re good enough. That’s how they do it overseas. That’s how we should do it here. And that’s how it would be if there wasn’t such thing as the NCAA here in the states, which is one of the greediest corporations on the face of the earth.
Where else can a company get away without playing it’s employees (athletes) and convince everyone that’s it’s for the good of them?
