This dude was charged with failure to stop at the scene of an accident involving a fatality and tampering with physical evidence, after he killed a 15 year old kid in a hit-and-run crash in Arizona. Bartley told officers that he saw the boy hit his windshield, but instead of stopping he high tailed it back to the school and told the three passengers that were in the car with him that “it never happened”. What is this “I Know What You Did Last Summer“?

Then when Bartley got back to his dorms parking lot, where he was later arrested, he removed a debris shield from his vehicle and tried to pop the dents out of the hood of his car…meanwhile the kid, 15 year old Anthony Acosta, had been transported to the hospital, where he would die of his injures.
