Kelly Hall is probably the most famous cheerleader in the country. She went from being a nobody on the sideline of the UGA games to the girlfriend of the #1 pick in the 2009 NFL Draft, Georgia quarterback Matt Stafford. But lets be honest she would have never gotten her 15 minutes of fame had it not been for the fact that Stafford spent a couple thousand dollars of the $41.7 million in guaranteed money he got on her some new boobs.
