Here are the latest details in the LSU Foot-Bar-Brawl case. We’ll start with the picture above, which BustedCoverage has found and is rumored to be of one of the men involved in the fight with football players… dudes name is Andrew Lowery.

Then we have the Baton Rouge Advocate who is reporting that the four players will meet with detectives Tuesday to give their side of the story. But it might be too little too late because the Advocate is also reporting that a police spokesperson informed them that “[i]nvestigators concluded through their investigation that both simple battery and second-degree battery charges will be filed when the investigation is completed and arrests are possible.”

Charge: Third-Degree Battery Inflicting Great Bodily Harm
Arrest Date: August 18, 2011

Police Report: Morales was arrest for allegedly punching a man in the face at a local bar. Morales had gotten into an argument with a man who was dancing with his ex-girlfriend inside the bar. The argument escalated and Morales punched the man in his face. The victim suffered a large cut to his eye and was bleeding heavily.

UPDATE: The players were supposed to meet with police on Monday, but have since hired an attorney who has pushed the interviews back to Tuesday… which is really all LSU can hope to do now, try and stall the investigation and hope charges aren’t filed until after their September 3rd game versus Oregon. 

We’ve got some new details to report in the LSU Foot-bar-brawl that happened early Friday morning. Police are looking to interview four players: quarterback Jordan Jefferson, offensive lineman Chris Davenport, defensive lineman Josh Johns and receiver Jarvis Landry for their involvement in a fight that sent four people to hospital: three for minor injuries and a fourth for more serious injuries that could bring a felony charge of second-degree battery.

Charges: DUI, Falsification With the Police, 2 Counts of Vehicular Homicide
Arrest Date: August 17, 2011

Police Report: McNicholas was arrested after an August 6 crash that left two 19-year-old men dead. McNicholas was driving around 1:19 am when his vehicle, traveling between 97 and 103 miles per hour, went off the road and crashed into several trees. Two men died after sustaining head injuries, while McNicholas and two other men were treated for minor injuries. McNicholas’ blood-alcohol content level was .117.

The details are just now coming in, but from what we can gather Jordan Jefferson (the starting QB for LSU) and some other football players were involved in a massive bar brawl this morning that sent four people to the hospital, none of whom were on the football team.

Police Report: I don’t know if this belongs here or on People of Walmart dot com. For some reason we’re just now getting news of incoming freshman Tommie McCune being arrested for allegedly stealing merchandise worth $200 from a Walmart.
