I know this must have hurt Phil Knight to sign off on, with him being such a big Duck supporter, but you gotta admit these kicks are pretty fly. Even though Auburn is officially sponsored by Under Armor, Nike found a way to celebrate the Tigers victory by dropping ‘Bo’s BCS Boom Pack‘. Included in the pack is: a black Nike Destroyer jacket, an official Oregon vs. Auburn BCS BOOM t-shirt, and the brand new Nike Air Trainer 1.3 custom made for Bo Jackson…the former greatest Auburn Tiger of all-time.

Ahhh the perks of being a celebrity. Cam Newton already did Letterman about a month ago so last night he hit up the other guys show Gay Leno. We’ve got the video embedded for you below because I know none of yall watch that BS (and it’s actually pretty funny).

Personally if I were him I would’ve went on Jimmy Kimmel or better yet Chelsea Lately, but he can always blame the bad decision on his dad. Iwonder how long it’ll be before Oprah comes calling to book him and his dad for a sitdown.

UPDATE: Auburn claims they did not give Cecil tickets to the game and several “fans” are claiming that they saw Cecil watching the game at nearby hotel.

Before the game Auburn AD Jay Jacobs was quoted as saying, “Out of the highest respect that Cecil has for Cameron, he won’t be here today” and that both him and Cecil had “mutually agreed” on the decision. Then during the game when the camera would cut to Cam’s mom in the stands I can remember Musberger saying that Cecil wasn’t there.

Well I don’t know who their sources of their information was…but not only was Cecil at the game, he was pictured hugging Cam after it...which means somebody in the Auburn athletic department had to have let him down onto the field or given him the passes needed to have that kind of access. Strange seeing that according to them he wasn’t even there.

UPDATE: It’s a travesty…Michigan hired Brady Hoke. Now the question becomes will Denard Robinson stay? If I were him I’d head to either Oregon or Auburn.

I know you saw ESPN interrupt the game last night to say that if offered the Michigan job Les Miles was going to take it, but as it turns out Les just said no like to the job like a Muslim to some baby back ribs. So now where does Michigan turn now? To Brady Hoke of San Diego State? But he’s 52 and past his prime…he doesn’t have the energy to rebuild a program. The only way he gets job is because he’s a “Michigan guy”.

I’ll tell you who the Wolverines should hire…Auburn Offensive Coordinator Gus Malzahn.

We have been looking and looking for some one who looks like Cam and I know they say all black people look alike, but this is one brother that don’t look like nobody. He has those cock eyes like Debo, but with a baby face. Yeah this was a tough one. But in the spirit of the national championship game we had to try….so here it goes Cam Newton looks like Smash from Friday Night Lights. Kinda sorta? Just maybe a little?

Later on today before Oregon and Auburn take the field in one of the most hyped football games in recent memory, something far more important than a game will happen…we will remember the the six killed pray for the 14 injured in the Tuson Shootings.

Not since 9/11 has there been a more tragic attack on our government so don’t expect just a moment of silence…BCS officials are planning something more, “something significant“. So tune in early because it’s always nice to be reminded that we all play for one team whose colors are red, white, and blue…the greatest country in the world, the USA.

Nothing gets you pumped for a big game like some music and this joint right here is hands down the sickest fan music video of all time and it still might not be better than their OG “I Love My Ducks“, but that was so 2 years ago. Anyways this game is going to bananas.

Oregon has the top offense in the nation averaging 538 yards (304 rushing/234 passing) and 49 points and Auburn is top five in most offensive categories averaging 498 yards (287 rusing/210 passing) and 43 points. Shits going to be real son!
