The Rick Pitino vs Karen Sypher trial is one for the ages and the longer it goes on the more I think it’s like the movie One Night at McCool’s, with Karen Sypher playing an ugly ass version of Liv Tyler’s character. She goes around basically f-cking men to get what she wants. She’s what you would call a professional hoe, there’s no other or nicer way to put it.

But is she guilty of extortion. I don’t think so.

UPDATE: I forgot to mention today the defense gets to cross examine Pitino. Goodie!

Okay so day three of the trial is over and it was pretty darn good…we saw Pitino and the entourage he was with at the restaurant on the night of alleged rape take the stand and learned that Pitino is a 15 second man. About the only must read part of the day was Pitino’s play-by-play of the sexual encounter with Sypher:

When asked about it Pitino said, “unfortunate things happen.” They had a drink and moved to a booth just behind the bar. Pitino said, “one thing led to another” and then she “opened up my pants.” She asked Pitino if he had a condom and he said no. She said “well you have to pull out because I am fertile.” Pitino said this concerned him, but he continued and the entire sexual encounter “took less than 15 seconds.” He said he knows that he did not ejaculate inside of her. “We talked, I pulled my pants up an we left a short time later.”

As expected Pitino took the stand today along with some of his buddies. ESPN has a PG version of the recap up right, but we’re digging to find all the dirt right now and should have all the juicy details for you tomorrow. Good news. Today is the day that Rick Pitino will be taking the stand at the Karen Sypher Trial and if today was anything like yesterday then come tomorrow morning you will be in for a treat because this trial is turning out to have more drama a Few Good Men.

So yesterday jurors saw a Karen Sypher video that was 80 minutes long and boring, but we did learn that Tim Sypher (Pitino’s assistant) asked Karen to marry him while they were visiting her grandmother’s grave and that she also had an abortion with him.

Then some dude named Lester took the stand…talking about how he had been smashing Karen for years even though he was married, gave her around $10,000 and how she sucked him up right before he made 2 or 3 calls to Pitino from a pay phone trying to extort him. After that some other people took the stand, but they didn’t say anything good.

Damn, this Rick Pitino vs Karen Sypher extortion case is better than an episode of Desperate House Wives. I ain’t been this excited about a sports case since the OJ trial…does anybody know where I can catch this on TV? The trial just started yesterday and already both sides have slung more shit at each other than two monkeys at the zoo.

On one hand you have Pitino who claims that Karen Sypher is a money hungry whore that he banged one night on the table of a restaurant raw dog, who tried to extort him out of like $10 million with the help of two guys who she sucked off. Then on the other Sypher is saying that Pitino not only raped her twice, but he also forced her to have an abortion. And all this was just in the opening statements…I can’t wait until they start calling witnesses!

Damn I had totally forgotten that Pitino had banged some haggard looking MILF on the table of restaurant, got her pregnant, and then got blackmailed. Well the story is back in the news today because as it turns out that chick that tried to extort $10 million and some change from him tired to do the same kinda thing to another guy back in 2001.
