This dude was charged with failure to stop at the scene of an accident involving a fatality and tampering with physical evidence, after he killed a 15 year old kid in a hit-and-run crash in Arizona. Bartley told officers that he saw the boy hit his windshield, but instead of stopping he high tailed it back to the school and told the three passengers that were in the car with him that “it never happened”.
