Texas Safety Suspended 1 Game For DWI

This one is a pretty straight forward DWI: According to the arrest report Texas safety, Vondrell McGee was pulled over for driving with his headlights turned off. The officer said in the report that he smelled alcohol on McGee and that his eyes were bloodshot.
The report said McGee failed some of the field-sobriety tests, and registered Breathalyzer readings of 0.125 and 0.126. The legal limit in Texas is 0.08. Mack Brown has already released a statement saying McGee will be suspended for “at least” one game.
